Under the guidance of our music teacher, Ms. Fluery, our Chipman PreK 3 and PreK 4 scholars transported us "Down in the Deep Blue Sea" at tonight's Spring concert. Congratulations to our youngest performers on a job well done! A big thank you to the families and staff for their support—you helped make tonight amazing!

School Status Alert: Due to inclement weather, Wicomico County Public Schools will have a 90-minute delay Tuesday, May 21. Breakfast will not be served in school. Students should follow their school’s instructions regarding the day’s schedule. Please be safe. Thank you.

Congratulations to the many scholars in Ms. Dixon's class who met their goals and received a gold coin. These scholars were then able to select a book from the book vending machine. Happy reading!

Our PreK 3 and 4 scholars enjoyed a Garden Party with their families.

We had another fantastic day honoring our incredible staff. Each team member received a personalized clipboard and pen as a token of appreciation. Additionally, we held another raffle where the lucky winner received Royal Farms gift cards or a complimentary shake from Prime Nutrition. To top it off, our staff indulged in delicious, sweet treats provided by Restoration Church.

🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You! 🌟
We want to extend our sincerest gratitude to Touch of Soul catering for the delicious catered lunch they provided for our staff! Your culinary expertise truly added an extra touch of joy to our day. Additionally, we want to express our appreciation to Pizza King, Cheryl Bosley from Mary Kay, Carli Taylor from Glam Salon, for their generous contributions to our staff drawings. Lastly, a special thank you to Stroehmann Bakeries for providing each of our staff members with a great afternoon snack.

The Wicomico Teacher of the Year Spring Celebration was a very special night of celebrating top teachers as well as supporters from the community. Here are some highlights from the evening, including recognition of the 2024 Friends of Education, Peninsula Orthopaedic Associates and the Salisbury Wicomico Arts Council. Thanks to both organizations for what they do to support youth both now and in the past.
